Organic White Flour 100% Maris Widgeon

For every acre, Maris Widgeon yields less than half the amount of wheat of many modern varieties, but its quality and flavour are so fantastic we have worked with farmers for over 40 years to encourage the grown of this heritage variety, and help retain genetic diversity.

The grains for our organic Maris Widgeon are grown less than 30 miles from the mill by local farmers such as John Prior at Castle Combe , Fir Farm at Stow-on-the-Wold and Duchy Home Farm at Tetbury.
