Ingredients
422ml water
325g Strong Wholemeal Flour
325g Fine grade Semolina Flour
1 tbsp Ground Sunflower seeds
1 tsp dried yeast
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp olive oil
Method
Put all the above in the breadmaking pan in the order given.
Bake on the 'French' setting for 750g volume and brown crust.
