1/2 teaspoon pure fine grain sea salt
2 table spoons extra vigine olive
2 tablespoons organic barley malt extract
440grams of Shipton Mill Organic Light Malthouse Flour (301)
2 tablespoons milk powder
1/2 teaspoon ground vitamin C
3/4 teaspoon fast action yeast

The ingredients are placed in the bread machine in the order that I have written them.
I use setting Wholemeal 1.5 lb on my bread machine
