Dough
250g of Strong white bread flour. 00 if you have it.5g salt
5g fast acting yeast
2 tbsp of olive oil
150ml water
extra flour for dusting
for the tomato base
1 jar of tomato pasata
1 tsp Chilli flakes
3 garlic cloves crushed
handfull of basil leaves roughly chopped
a good pinch of salt and pepper
a little glug of olive oil
If you fancy a true italian pizza one pizza with thinly sliced raw potato maintated in rosemarry and salt topped with mozzarella. No tomato sauce on this one!
