- Shipton Mill Organic Plain White Flour No.4 250g
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Icing sugar 200g
- 6 tsp whole milk
- Butter softened 100g
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 180/160 fan
- Take sugar, vanilla extract and mix together
- Next add flour, baking soda, salt and mix together to form a dough
- Add some milk to form a smooth dough
- Place dough into a biscuit maker/press into your desired shape.
- Place onto to a lined baking tray and bake for around 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven and leave them to cool on a rack.
