brown sugar bun

1. Add 1 teaspoon of dry yeast and 60g brown sugar to 300g warm water, to activate the yeast.

2. Add 600 g organic cake flour, to make the dough.

3. Rest the dough for 1-2 hours in warm place.

4. Reshape the dough to 16 round-shaped buns.

5. Rest the buns in warm place for another 30 mins.

6. Steam the buns using boiling water, for 25 mins.
