Ingredients
- 100g sourdough starrter
- 400g Strong white flour
- 240g water
- 8g salt
Method
- Mix all engredients and let it for 2h at room temperature. Leave the dough inthe fridge for 12-16h. Next day knead it for 20min share it and leave it the fridge for another 12-16h. Next day leave it at room temperatuer untill double. Bake it at 240C for 10min and after at 200C for another 20min.
