475 g Shipton Mill Finest Bakers No 1 Flour
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/4 teaspoon salt
75 g smoked cheddar cheese
320 ml water
1 teaspoon dried yeast.
Place all the ingredients in the machine and select programme 4.
This makes a great basis for sandwiches as it gives a cheesey taste with a hint of smokiness.
