For a 750g loaf
150 ml dark stout
150 ml water
2 tablespoon oil
125g light malthouse flour
350g wholemeal flour
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon dark muscovado sugar
1 1/4 tsp fast acting dried yeast
50g sunflower and pumpkin seed mix
I use a bread machine so I put all the ingrediants into the bread pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer and using the wholewheat programme I set it to a light crust.
