Pinhead/Irish/Steel-cut oat Porridge (Serves 3 people)
Combine in saucepan:
75 g oats
400 ml water
salt to taste
Soak overnight.
Bring oat pot to boil stirring continuously. Remove then cover and simmer on low heat for at least 15 mins (up to 30mins.)
Provide cream, honey, sugar and salt to taste when served.
(Eat, preferably with a silver spoon!)
