Ingredients
- 375g of flour
- 8g salt
- 12g yeast (fresh or dry)
- 300ml of water (lukewarm)
Steps
- In a bowl, dilute yeast with a little bit of water and when done add all water
- add flour, next salt and mix with a wooden spoon
- put a towel on top of it and let it rest for 1h30 minimum or all night in a luck-warm place
- take a baking tray and use baking paper to prevent the bread to attach
- do some cut with a knife on the top
- have your oven ready at 240°C with a bowl of water in the oven (very important to have a crispy bread)
- after 6 or 7mn decrease temperature to 210°C and leave it 30mn
